Strengths :-

Facultie in the deptt. is Ph.D. awarded. Facultie is having good experience of teaching and research.

Weaknesses :- .

Most of the students are from socially & economically backward section. If affects their confidence and consequently at mars their educational progress to some extent

Opportunities :-

Few career oriented courses can be introduced.

Challenges :-

1) Most of the students are from rural background hence at becomes difficult for them to expected score.
2) Most of the students are from Tribal and Rural background so at become very difficult to bring them into main stream.
