The department of Marathi was established in 1998 i.e. at the college opening time. The department details with Marathi as compulsory subject for B. A. students. The arts faculty in the college. The department of Marathi from the time of t has been trying to enrich the knowledge of students regarding the society. One full-time post are sanctioned , Dr. Anil S. Babhulkar is working as a Assistant professor and he got M.A.,Ph.D. qualification in Marathi. Overall Marathi department is very knowledge full and creative department in our college.
